Frequently asked questions..............

How do I book?

Booking is simple - Just send us an E -Mail or give us a call. We'll then contact you to confirm the price & availability, should your chosen yacht be unavailable we will do our best to find a very similar yacht. Once you are happy we will 'reserve' your yacht, with no commitment or payment from you, for a period of 5 days. This will give time for you to organise your travel arrangements etc., and for us to prepare your charter agreement and post it to you for your signature. The Charter agreement is approved by the relevant Ministry of Merchant Marine and protects your interests under that countries law and is a legal requirement for all yacht charters in each country.
Once we have received you signed agreement together with 50% deposit your charter booking is firm. Balance being due 30 days prior to the start of your charter.

Will I have a full 7 days on a 1 week charter?

No - Your contract times will be from 17:00hrs on the day of departure to 09:00hrs on the day of return. This allows time for every yacht to be thoroughly inspected and cleaned between charters. If your yacht can be prepared earlier then you will be allowed to board earlier, however, this cannot be guaranteed.

How can I pay?

Your initial deposit can be paid, in sterling, by cheque, bank transfer, or direct, via internet banking. Please contact us for our bankers & account details.

The balance being payable 30 days prior to departure.

What is the Refundable Security Deposit?

This is the excess in the yachts insurance policy covering loss and damage to the yacht and equipment., and is published in the price list. This sum is payable locally, by travelers cheques, cash or bankers draft (in either local currency, Sterling or US Dollars), at time of embarkation. If you return the yacht in the same condition as you took her, your Security Deposit will be refunded before you leave. Should there be any equipment loss or damage, the cost of replacement or repair will be deducted and the balance returned. Normal wear & tear is, of course, accepted.
